Six years with one hospitality group and five restaurants, each a region of Greece with its own creative rules: Krasi, Greco, Hecate, Bar Vlaha and Kaia.
The problem
Five restaurants, five regions of Greece and one promise: every guest treated like family. Each place needed its own look without losing that.
Krasi
A wine bar's first years: the team out front, ouzo at the corner table and the Agora market next door.
Hecate
The cocktail bar went darker, with bartenders building drinks like spells.
Bar Vlaha and Kaia
Built out Bar Vlaha's 2026 direction of hearth, land and people, shot documentary style: bread in the wood oven and long tables full by noon. Kaia closes the loop with Chef to Table.
